Our rates may vary according to the season and the days of the week.

We arrange reduced rates for stays longer than three days.

All prices are intended per room per night.

Breakfast is included.

Free!

One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

One older child or adult is charged 20€ per night in an extra bed.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed.

We will do all we can to satisfy your needs!

Check-in time must be arranged in advance. We are not always at home!

Even if we have a timetable, we are very flexible and will do our best to please your requests.

Upon arrival we will provide you with a set of keys to guarantee your full autonomy.

D. Lgs. 196 issued on 30.06.2003 rules the treatment of personal data. A personal datum is any piece of information related to a physical or juridical person (entity and associations) - following called “party involevd” - which permits the univocal (direct or indirect) identification of the party involved. Treatment of personal data means their collection, registration, organization, conservation, elaboration, selection, abstraction, confrontation, modification, blocking, cancellation and destruction. The law above mentioned rules that these treatments, as a principle and with some specific exception, need the explicit consent of the party involved. The law established the Privacy Authority, a collegial comittee that protect people for any issue regarding personal data treatment. The law establishes that the parties involved are notified of all required information about the content of the law in reference to their rights. All information is summed in this memorandum. According to D. Lgs. 196 issued on 30.06.2003, please read following terms and conditions about the use and treatment of your personal data. Your data will be treated with the unique aim to permit the booking of your stay and to grant a way of contact; without your consent the provided data will not be used and it will be impossibile to proceed with your booking confirmation. The treatment is done by informatic and telematic systems. These data will not be provided nor make accessible to third parties, except for the cases indicated by law.
